while looking through our pictures i found this cute one of when grandma was visiting and she got asia a leopard sweatshirt. mike drew kitty faces on them and here they are pretending to be cats. personally, i think anya looks like she has devil horns, but she was happy.
this next one is a picture of the amarylis that mom got me for christmas. i wasnt sure if it would grow or not because the bulb isnt covered with dirt and the dirt the is there is molding a bit. but one day it started and it grow nearly 2 inches a day. the package was right about it growing toward sun. we have to keep turning it so it grows straight.
Asia was trying to be a walrus with carrots, but she went a little overboard and stuffed too many in her mouth. it was cute. she doesnt usually like me taking pictures of her, but she did this time.

Our amaryllis looks nothing like that...and I think they came from the same place. What kind of exposure does yours get? Our is in a north facing window and has no stalk, but tons of tall leaves.
did your flower bloom yet? its weird, my flower hardly any leaves. there are two and they are only 2 inches or so.
